My Office Days is a GPS-based attendance tracking app for hybrid workers. It automatically detects when you arrive at and leave the office, tracks your attendance, and helps you manage vacations, business travel, and work goals. All data stays on your device.
Set your office address once in the app. My Office Days uses GPS geofencing to automatically detect when you arrive within a specified radius and logs it as an office day. No manual check-ins needed.
My Office Days uses iOS region monitoring (geofencing), which is highly battery-efficient. It does not continuously poll GPS. Most users see minimal battery impact.
Open the app, go to the Setup tab, and tap "Add Office Location." You can use your current location, search for an address, or place a pin on the map. Adjust the detection radius to fit your office area.
Yes. Add as many office locations as you need in the Setup tab. The app will track arrivals at any of them.
In the Plan tab, tap any date and select the day type: Vacation, Travel, Holiday, or Planned. Your compliance numbers adjust automatically so time off is not counted against your goals.
Yes. All data is stored exclusively on your iPhone. There are no servers, no cloud sync, no accounts, and no analytics. Your location data is used only to detect office arrivals and never leaves your device. Deleting the app permanently removes all data.
GPS is typically accurate to 5-15 meters. You can adjust the geofence radius in Settings if detection is too sensitive or not sensitive enough for your office environment.
Yes. Go to the Log tab and use the export feature to generate a CSV file of your attendance history. Share it with your manager or HR as needed.
The app cannot auto-track without location permission. You can still use the Plan tab to manually mark office days, but automatic geofence detection requires location access set to "Always."
Yes. You have full control. Delete individual entries in the Log tab, or simply delete the app to remove everything. Since no data is stored on any server, there is nothing else to erase.
Yes. My Office Days works entirely offline. All features, including geofence detection, work without an internet connection.
Check these things: (1) Location permission is set to "Always" in iOS Settings. (2) Background App Refresh is enabled. (3) Your office location and radius are set correctly in the Setup tab. (4) Try restarting the app or your device.
