Welcome to My Office Days (the "App"), developed by Hamza Khan. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have a positive experience with our App.

Our core privacy principle: All of your data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal information on external servers. Your data never leaves your phone.

2. Information the App Uses

Important: All data described below is stored exclusively on your device. None of this information is sent to our servers or any third party.

2.1 Location Data

My Office Days uses GPS technology to automatically detect when you arrive at or leave your designated office locations. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never uploaded or shared.

2.2 What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect or transmit your location data to any server
• We do not use analytics SDKs or third-party tracking tools
• We do not collect your name, email, or any account information
• We do not share any data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party

3. How Your Information Is Used

All processing happens locally on your device. Your data is used for office attendance tracking, progress monitoring, vacation and travel management, local notifications, and data export.

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 On-Device Storage Only

All of your data is stored exclusively on your device. My Office Days does not use cloud servers, remote databases, or any external storage. Because your data never leaves your device, there is no risk of server breaches.

4.2 Device-Level Security

Your data benefits from iOS data protection and encryption at rest, app sandboxing, device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID protection, and no network transmission of personal data.

4.3 Data Deletion

If you delete the App, all associated data is permanently removed from your device.

5. Third-Party Sharing

My Office Days does not share, sell, trade, or transmit your personal information to any third party. We do not sell your data, use third-party analytics, use advertising SDKs, or share data with cloud providers. The App uses Apple's Core Location framework for GPS geofencing, processed entirely on-device.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You can control location permissions through your device settings. You can export your data as a spreadsheet anytime. Deleting the app removes all data permanently.

7. Children's Privacy

My Office Days is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. GDPR Compliance

Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us, data controllership effectively rests with you. You have full rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your data. No international data transfers occur.

9. CCPA Compliance
